0% for 12 month Finance is available on all orders over the value of £2000.00  please contact our sales team for further information they will talk you through every step of the way and help complete the paperwork with you.

 

A 25% deposit would be payable at the time of ordering by credit or debit card the remaining balance will then be split into 12 monthly payments which will be paid by direct debit  to V12 finance your first monthly payment will not be taken until the furniture has been delivered .

Applicant must be 18 or older

Is, or their partner is, in permanent paid employment (over 16 hours per week), retired (receiving a pension), in receipt of a disability benefit or self-employed

Has been resident in the UK for at least 3 years

Has a debit or credit card in their name and registered to their address (you’ll need this to match the address used to complete the identity verification).

Has a Bank or Building Society current account available (you’ll need this to complete the direct debit instruction)

 

Note: finance is not available to students or the unemployed.

Applications that have previously been rejected should not be re-proposed within a 3-month period.

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods must be delivered to the address on the customer’s credit agreement or an address approved by V12

If the customer is making a web or mail order purchase then the goods must be delivered inside the customer’s home, as per the credit agreement. Under no circumstances will goods be left outside of the dwelling or in communal areas (for flat addresses)

Where delivery of goods has been unsuccessful, goods will be returned to the depot and delivery re-arranged to the home address and customer will pay any relevant charges.

Under no circumstances should the goods be collected from the depot/drop point.

Delivery will only be made to the person named on the credit agreement or a family member of that
